AEROTECT

Platform

The picture your team acts on

Every DRID sends its observations to the AEROTECT platform. That is where everything comes together: the drones, the pilots, your zones and the alerts. Accessible from any browser, including the phone of your security officer on site.

The map your control room watches

Every drone within range appears with its serial number, height, speed and heading. Beside it stands the pilot, because that is the position your security team has to walk to. The distance to the unit hearing the aircraft is shown with it, so you know how strong the signal is.

  • Drone and pilot with a line between them, updated live
  • The transport the aircraft broadcasts on, per observation
  • Zones you draw yourself, each with its own altitude threshold

Knowing it really is listening

A receiver that has gone quiet is something you discover when you need it. So the overview shows each unit’s status, last heartbeat, temperature and which receivers are running. If something drops out, you see it before it becomes a gap.

  • Status per unit: online, degraded, fault or offline
  • Last heartbeat and last detection, to the minute
  • Which services are running: Remote ID, ADS-B and Bluetooth

Down to the radio environment

Per unit it goes further than online or offline. The platform measures the noise floor on Bluetooth and on both WiFi bands and warns when a position is hearing less than usual. That is usually the first sign something on your site has changed, before the range visibly drops.

  • Packet rate, CPU temperature, fan and uptime
  • Noise floor per band, with an alert on unusual interference
  • Network details and software version, for your own administration

Your team sets it up itself

Per event or site your own team records which drones are expected, which zone applies and which numbers the SMS alerts go to. You do not need to call us for that, and not during the deployment either.

  • Expected serial numbers, so your own pilot raises no alert
  • Phone numbers for SMS, editable during the deployment
  • Temporary access for police or security, per event

Features

What you do in the platform

  • Live map

Every drone appears with serial number, altitude, speed and heading. The pilot's position is shown next to it, so your team knows where to go.

  • Zones and alerts

Draw zones around the stage, the campsite or the landing area. When a drone enters a zone, the right people get an alert by email, SMS or push.

  • History and export

Every observation is stored with time and position. Afterwards you export everything for the debrief with the municipality or police.

  • Users and roles

Give the control room full access and the security officer on site just the map. Invite the municipality or police temporarily.

  • Multiple units as one picture

The platform merges the observations of all your DRID units and removes duplicate alerts. You see one coverage area, not ten separate receivers.

  • SAPIENT-compliant API

The API follows the SAPIENT standard for sensor integration, so the DRID runs as a sensor inside an existing counter-UAS or control room architecture. You can also retrieve observations and alerts through a plain REST connection to your control room software or video management system.

Security and data

Your data, in Europe

  • Hosted in the EU

The platform and its storage run on servers within the European Union.

  • Encrypted

Traffic between DRID, platform and browser is encrypted. Access is through personal accounts with two-step verification.

  • You set the retention period

Keep observations as long as your debrief or permit requires, then delete them.
